Have you lost or misplaced your EPC? Does your property already have an energy performance certificate?
If you purchased your property after August 2007, an EPC may already exist for your property as part of the now defunct Home Information Pack. As the energy performance certificate is valid for 10 years, you may be able to market your property for sale or for rent using the original EPC. If an energy performance certificate exists for the property, and you haven't made any significant changes (ie replacement windows, upgraded insulation, added extensions, updated central heating etc), we can retrieve the EPC for you.

By submitting payment of £20 inc vat, your card will be authorised but not charged. We will not charge your card until successful EPC retrieval has been completed, and your lost EPC has been forwarded to you - usually within 2 -3 working days. Should an EPC not exist for the property, a small admin fee of £5 inc vat will be chargeable - refunded should we be instructed to produce a certificate on your behalf.
